I was wondering......Do you know if the error message below:
The server extensions were unable to access the file "httpd.conf". Please check the file permissions.
is related to the server, frontpage or something else? I have uninstalled and reinstalled frontpage and she says she is still getting the message. I don't get the message when I open frontpage and try to use it for web work. Can you help me so I can help her? She is getting very frustrated with me because she can't update her website.

Hi Cindy,

What is the URL, or step in FrontPage, at which you or your client receive this message? It sounds like it may be a bug with the control panel software and a relatively recently file permissions change.

Am I correct in understanding that you could not replicate this message yourself, but that only your client is seeing it?
