Problems, please help me

Hello,
I manage the subdomain http://hellfire.ph4rt.com . Recently I, and everyone trying to view my site, have been getting the following error when they try to view anything from my site:
I checked the ftp and all the files are uploaded and if you click them and open them they work (except the links/pictures don't work). I also checked in the cpanel and the subdomain hasn't been deleted.
Can anyone help me, or am I doomed to completely start over (again) and forced to loose everything in my forums and site? (please say no I'm not
