Hello Jemrada,

A dedicated IP address is not required as long as you use the correct anonymous FTP login and have anonymous FTP access enabled via your cPanel control panel.

Example:
Username: anonymous@yourdomain.tld
Password: this_can_be_anything

In the above example you would replace "yourdomain.tld" with your actual domain name.
