Hello Garet,

Please refer to my detailed reply via IM, in this case AIM.

To summarize, you have more than one account in the TRU Domains system; an order was placed in one account, account "A," and paid for, but for some reason either you cancelled it or the losing registrar failed to approve the transfer; subsequently, an appropriate credit was automatically applied; this process or first attempt all occurred within a brief 4-minute timespan. A new order was then placed, not in account "A," but in a second account of yours, account "B," but not paid for; because it was not in the same account as the one you sent the payment to, the funds paid for the first order were not available thereby causing the second attempt to be stalled or "locked in processing" until additional funds are added. To resolve this, I suggest allowing us to remove the credit from your first account and apply it to your second account.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed. :)
